Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information HeyWin (“I”, “me”), run by Winfield in the Philippines, collects through heywin.site, and how it’s used.
What I collect
- Booking details. When you book a discovery call, Calendly collects your name, email address, chosen time and any answers you give to the booking questions.
- Contact form details. When you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, email address, business name and the service you’re interested in, plus your country and when you’d like to start if you choose to share them. The form is processed and stored by my hosting provider, Netlify.
- Emails you send me. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Website analytics. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are from, what device they use and whether the contact form was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It doesn’t receive your name, email or anything you type into the form.
- Basic technical data. The site’s hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site.
How I use it
- To reply to your contact form enquiry.
- To schedule and prepare for your discovery call.
- To reply to your questions and send you a proposal if you ask for one.
- To deliver services if you become a client.
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Third-party services
This site uses Calendly (booking), Netlify (hosting and the contact form), Google Analytics (visitor statistics) and Google Fonts (typography). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Payments for client work are made through PayPal or Wise, which also have their own policies.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to respond to you, or for the length of our working relationship and any period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. This includes your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the GDPR.
